COVID-19 Update

To our valued Volvo customers,

All departments are now open! We will be open the following hours:

Sales: 

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday - CLOSED

If needed, we will also accept visitors outside of the above hours - by appointment only.

Service: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

We will still have reduced staff so that we can maintain proper social distance. You can schedule service online, by email, or phone. Please note that we now offer pick up and drop off services at no additional charge! You can also now shop virtually with Keystone Concierge.

We have instructed our employees to not shake hands with you, our customers. We know you love us, and we love you, but we don't want to put anyone at risk.

What Keystone Volvo is doing to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19):

-          Keystone strongly encourages employees to stay home if you are sick

-          Clean your hands often and avoid touching your face

-          Avoid close contact, including shaking hands with customers

-          Cover coughs and sneezes (w/tissue or into your elbow)

-          Clean and disinfect phone, keyboard, and other high touch areas

While your vehicle is in for SERVICE our technicians have been instructed to wear latex gloves while working on your vehicle.

We also are suspending washing vehicles following service visits.  We understand this is not an ideal situation but we cannot control the environments of the offsite car wash facilities that we use.
